To fly a Boeing 777 using current battery technology, you would need over 1 million kWh of battery energy, weighing more than the plane's maximum takeoff weight. An all-electric 777 is not feasible with present-day batteries due to the enormous energy density gap between jet fuel and batteries. 

With the 7 Tablet Recharger Battery system we cut the size & weight for equivlance

1M / 7 @ 143,858 then Scaled for weight & cycled at 20/80 creating a viable option 

Due to the 7 Tablet cycle & weight + material savings the battery just cycles during flight

This means in equivlant flight it cycles 1000 times x7 to acheive without degradation & has a rest period between tablet use

Battery material degradation is variable yet expected to last 5 - 10 - 15+ years like automotive options with rare cases due to excessive cycling

Replacement pricing is set to material cost variables at $20-90 & or under $150 per kWh (once casing is purchased we swap material on replacement)

 

Pricing is at $125,000 - $175,000 for the largest C/M fin models then scaled down for smaller

Battery Material Replacement is at under $10,000 USD (2025-2026)

Boeing 747 burns about 36,000 gallons of fuel for a 10-hour flight, which could cost around $216,000 at $6.00 USD per gallon

C/M Metering & Tax Metering is capped if required like automotive utilizing the Alberta 2025 equation for minimum price fees to fly lowering costs by over 75-90%

In converting to aeronautical miles

Automotive EV batteries in 2025 are designed for approximately 1,500 charge cycles before a noticeable drop in performance, though their lifespan is often measured in miles, between 300,000 to 500,000 miles. A single charge cycle is defined as a full discharge and recharge, and several smaller charges can add up to a single full cycle. To maximize battery health, it is recommended to charge to 80% for daily use and only charge to 100% for long trips, and avoid storing the vehicle at a very high or very low state of charge for extended periods.

Charge cycles and battery health

What is a charge cycle? A single charge cycle is when the battery's full capacity is used. A single full charge from 0% to 100% is one cycle, but a combination of smaller charges can also count as one cycle (e.g., charging from 30% to 80% and then again to 80% is one cycle).

Lifespan: Tesla estimates its batteries can last for about 1,500 charge cycles, which translates to 300,000 to 500,000 miles.

Degradation: A battery's capacity naturally decreases over time, but Tesla guarantees a minimum of 70% to 80% of original capacity after 8 years or a specific mileage, whichever comes first. 

Recommended charging practices

Daily charging: Set your charge limit to 80% for daily driving to extend battery life.

Trip charging: For long road trips, charge to 100% but avoid leaving it plugged in at a full charge for extended periods.

Supercharging: While convenient, Supercharging is a more rapid process that can lead to faster battery degradation compared to Level 2 (slow) charging.

Other factors: Factors like temperature, extreme charging, and not using the car for long periods can affect battery health. 

Commercial passenger jets: A typical commercial jet travels at a cruising speed of 550 to 625 miles per hour, which is approximately 478 to 543 knots.

Distance in 10 hours:

500 knots ×10 hours = 5,000 nautical miles

5000 nautical miles = 5753.90 miles
