NB-OT LABS VS P.K-K.T LABS VARIABLE 

The NB-OT Labs North Bay - Ottawa had no Law-Court & I did not opt in. My legal guardians before ages 16-18 did not opt me in & MT Power of Attorney did not opt me in since 2001 (2001-2022/2022-2025)

I, Dr Sydney Nicola Bennett am not including one person that had physically operated at the NB-OT Labs or with an my daily life prior to 2001-2003 (ages 16-18) or leading up to 2011-2012 (ages 26-27) then again between 2012-2025 (ages 27-39)

At age 40. I am never going to include one person that had or that expects to operate at or with the NB-OT Labs as P.K-K.T Labs was & is aware & has been aware of since before 1999 (age 14) & leading up to age 2025 (ages 39-40)

This includes dictated VS conscious decisions at anytime with those operating at or with the NB-OT Labs intervening expecting to take control 

The NB-OT Labs even tried using corrupt medical professionals in Ontario Canada then corrupt areas of Government to justify all past-present & planned on-going efforts 

SIMILARITIES & DIFFERENCES 

Life cycle of experience 

Ages 0-6, 7-11, 12-17, 18-25+ leading up to ages 39-40 (2025 from age 1985)

At age 16, 2001 I moved out to support myself & focus on education in Quebec then British Columbia & later Alberta connected to interests outside between travels 

If I visited Ontario at anytime between 2001-2025 & even obtained a temporary residence I was still a citizen outside the Province 

The NB-OT Labs which P.K-K.T Labs investigated pre-1999 & post leading up to 2025 had & still have no legal right or authority over my brain - body at anytime in my adult life between 2001-2025 (ages 16-39/40) & never will. Everything done at or from & with the NB-OT Labs was & is illegal & criminal. 

TO CONCLUDE THE H.I.3 CASE 

The NB-OT Labs had no right to do as they had between 2012-2025 or prior to at anytime dating back before 1999

My legal right. My human rights. Laws in place to protect me within & outside the borders & airspace of Canada

Thus the NB-OT Labs is owing of the May 1, 2025 & further financial damages racked up since while responsible parties gold legal liability in efforts taken against including efforts to cover up such activities

Shia LaBeouf - American actor and filmmaker alongside the rest of Hollywood & the US Music & Television + Sports are direct global threats & enemies in response to their use of Non-Standardized Neurological Technology Labs & equipment alongside their invested interest operating at or with the NB-OT Labs & expansion Labs affecting Canadians 

We do not want US physical product. We tolerate a list of US digital products only yet the USA like areas of or some other countries are a threat to European Coalition of Countries & Territories including Commonwealth Sect & Independents connected 

Any one Canadian Citizen involved in the USA including past-present Public Careers on US Soil are not trusted as they could be involved in operating at with the NB-OT Labs & expansion Labs which had involves separate from international efforts to wirelessly enslave then replace after extracting memory & painfully executing as a potential threat to the USA

We do not want any American Citizens leaving the borders & airspace of the USA. We want the USA to stop their wireless terrorist attacks on unsuspecting innocent Canadians

K.S of CIG retains investments in the USA separate from the remainder of CIG with a more European - International focus 

American based companies can leave Cnaada & all European Coalition of Countries & Territories including Commonwealth Sect wjole investors from the USA can if approved go through European channels. Canada does not want American tourists unless screened & proven not involved with the NB-OT Labs & expansion Labs 

US Digital products for outside the USA should not be the same & tailored to address those markets & be screened for use

My ties to the USA permanently ended between 2022-2025. Anything branded with my portfolio within K.S of CIG will be rebranded for the US Marlet separate from European - International markets addressing the fact that while some US citizens opposed the NB-OT Labs efforts, those that had operated at or with the NB-OT Labs should be on death row 

On US Soil any Brain Research Labs are controlled through the Brain Initiative with CIA. CIG Labs is no longer operating on US Soil while K.S of CIG investments involve New York Stock exchange & a Shield Retail network
