THE SITUATION  

I, Dr Sydney N Bennett cannot leave North Bay, Ontario, Canada between an Airport Hill Single Family House & Wickstead Townhouse without the neuro-tech equipment housed at the NB-OT Labs crated first which I have been negotiating for since November 2023 while working from these locations after flying in from Calgary & taking a Tour Bus up to North Bay from Toronto 

The crated device will either be flown to Switzerland or driven to Calgary to a Ranch property south of the city to a Bunker permanently as options in USA are void due to their involvement with & at the NB-OT Labs with the North Bay & Ottawa Governments alongside Governments of Canada & USA 


CRIMINAL CHARGES IN CANADA - USA + SPECIFICS  

I, Dr Sydney N Bennett am pressing charges against everyone mentioned by those operating at & with the NB-OT Labs 

The people & groups filtering through the NB-OT Labs 

I am pressing charges against 100% of everyone that had operated at this location in question housing a device illegally hooked up to my brain & body between 2012-2025 & prior to dating back before 1999 & 1993 then daily leading up to 2011-2012 

I am pressing charges against everyone vocally mentioned into my head by those operating at the location in question housing a device illegally hooked up to my brain & body between 2012-2025 & prior to dating back before 1999 & 1993 then daily leading up to 2011-2012 

I am pressing charges against 100% of everyone that operated voluntarily or involuntarily with those that filtered through the NB-OT Labs 

The people attempting to ask me questions through my head using voice to skull - ears & voice through mouth technology in anyway as it's been between 2012-2025 will be facing criminal charges

Sending their voice into my skull - ears & contracting & expanding my brain in different areas while using mild, moderate to severe & extreme pain + pressure as a result

The result is slow compounding damage to the overall brain in different areas then the inide of my skull with a variable effort in no or actual hemorrhaging then risk of aneurysms throughout the brain with a focus on also external skin & internal + external muscle tightening for control whole they expect their voice sent into the head can override natural thought processing by scrambling & suppressing to take control of through voice to skull - ears using wireless equipment

Clear natural thinking is distracted & voice in effort

Efforts include people flashing still & moving video images from image, graphic, photograph & video then all forms of text content to distract into the head using internal - external heads up display via the pineal gland acting as a second consciousness so the birth attached consciousness can see 

Monitoring of all thoughts & imagination while those responsible go through the extracted memory of the subject candidate birth by month to present time on-going in different forms 

VOICE THROUGH MOUTH

Like with voice to skull - ears used in effort to rudely interrupt & communicate with the subject candidate through their heads regardless of what they are doing or intending to do at anytime during the day. Waking conscious moments & sleeping unconscious moments voice through mouth allows the lab location to cause an in-context or out of context noise disturbance sending their voice through the mouth of the subject candidate often rudely however they want to disabling the subject candidates ability to vocally speak from though through their own mouth allowing those literally inside their head to send their voice through their mouth for or with them & or against their will

Pitch, tone, decibel level then masculine, femanine or androgynous balance

CONSEQUENCES
